CatCryptCore.Nominal.Fresh (shim)

The nominal-sets theory lives upstream in the nominal-lean package (namespace CatCrypt.Nominal); this module re-exports Nominal.Fresh and preserves the CatCryptCore.Nominal.Fresh import path for downstream code.
